LAMB
CROSS BETWEEN BY LAMB
Lamb started out as a folk duo, Barbara Mauritz and Bob Swanson, and subsequently expanded into a 5 piece group. They featured in the film Fillmore in 1972, which documented the final days of the Fillmore West in San Francisco which was owned by promoter Bill Graham. Along with Lamb, the film includes performances by the Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, and Santana.
Lamb was noted for Mauritz’s strong vocals and their Gospel-infused mixture of folk and jazz.
